Important Notice Regarding Availability Requests: Submitting a stay request on `/plan-your-stay` or `/contact` logs an enquiry with our guest desk and generates a tracking reference (`VLM-*` or `ENQ-*`). It does not constitute an instant confirmed reservation, binding lodging contract, or online payment transaction.

1. Indicative Seasonal Tariffs

Nightly rates displayed across `/rooms` and `/offers` (such as `From €560 / night` to `From €1,180 / night`) are illustrative starting seasonal tariffs. Final rates depend on exact dates, occupancy and written confirmation from the reservations desk.

2. Occupancy & House Rules

Each room or suite has a strict maximum guest capacity (2 guests in the Water Balcony Room; 3 guests in the Garden Junior Suite and Horizon Terrace Suite; 4 guests in the Garden Residence). Online requests exceeding 30 nights or room capacity limits require direct arrangement with the house.

3. Intellectual Property & Visual Assets

All text, layout compositions and original visual assets (`ASSET-001` through `ASSET-020`) are created exclusively for the Velmora hospitality showcase.
