Follow your own rhythm.
We do not believe in crowded schedules. Instead, our guest desk arranges unhurried days on the water, long terrace lunches, botanical rituals and quiet hillside walks.
FOUR WAYS TO SPEND THE DAY
Curated around light, season and appetite.

A Table Above the Water
Seasonal cooking, regional harvests and a terrace table that asks you to stay a little longer.

The Quiet Ritual
Calm limestone treatment rooms, warm botanical oils and unhurried restorative care overlooking the water.

Across the Still Water
Private wooden boat crossings to quiet coves, historic waterfront hamlets and golden-hour horizons.

Paths Through the Grove
Stepped mule tracks, terraced olive groves and quiet village lanes rising directly behind the house.
ABOVE THE SHORELINE
Olive-Grove & Village Footpaths
A stone gate at the upper edge of the garden opens directly onto centuries-old mule tracks that wind through silver olive groves, chestnut woods and stepped lakeside hamlets.
Our kitchen packs linen-wrapped picnic hampers with mountain cheese, orchard fruit and chilled mineral water, while the guest desk provides hand-drawn trail notes for two-hour morning walks or half-day ridge crossings with ferry returns.
Self-guided trail maps are available daily at the guest desk. Private local mountain guides and packed lunches can be arranged with 24 hours' notice.
